Come along to our weekly RunFit 2260 interval session and join our fun and supportive group. Perfect for beginners through to advanced runners.  We focus on drills and technique before launching into an interval session.  All levels are adjusted for.  The group is super friendly and encouraging to others.

    Then, come along to the Central Coast RunFit 2260 Trail Running sessions and get out in nature.  Find out why trail running is becoming ever so popular and why it is so much fun. 

    The RunFit 2260 trail running sessions are held in the spectacular Bouddi and Wyrrabalong National Parks, during school terms on Thursday’s at 9.30am.

    The sessions are perfect for anyone who is training for a specific event, new to trail running or wanting to improve their fitness. The group is supportive, fun and encouraging.

    Do you have a half marathon or marathon on your bucket list?  Perhaps you have completed a marathon before and want to increase your chances of a PB.  Are you looking to run 5k for the first time?  Or do you have a specific race you are training for?

    RunFit 2260 offers structured personalised training programs written for you, to fit in with your family, work and life commitments.  The program is based on your level of experience and targeted toward your goal.  

    Your program will be delivered via the Final Surge App. You will have weekly support and feedback from your coach. Contact us for more information.

    Please note, there is a limit of places available for personalised run coaching. Once full, athletes will be placed on a waitlist.
