DESCRIPTION:Come and join in on the RunFit 2260 group trail running sessions.  Aimed at runners new to trails and looking to get outside in the fresh air and experience the joy and beauty of running in National Parks.  Perfect for those who wish to run the Bouddi Coastal Run at Killcare in November. \nFind out why trail running is becoming ever so popular and why it is so much fun. \nThe next RunFit 2260 trail running sessions start from Wed 14th October\, 9.30am at Bouddi National Park. Held over 10 weeks\, the sessions will be running at Bouddi National Park (14/10\, 4/11\, 25/11\, 16/12) and Wyrrabalong National Park\, Bateau Bay (21/10\, 28\,10\, 11/11\, 18\,11\, 2/12 and 9/12). \nThe sessions are perfect for anyone who is training for a specific event\, new to trail running or wanting to improve their fitness.  The group is supportive\, fun and and encouraging. \n  \n\nThere are still a few places available.
